We would be grateful for donations of cakes, both ones to eat in the afternoon and ones to take home. Please bring all donations (and they don’t have to be homemade) into the school office.
Thank you for your support for this worthwhile charity.
Shropshire Council and a consortium of three local organisations (Energize, PACC and Ignition) are progressing commissioning plans to improve the universal All In provision available to children, young people and their families. The current Universal All In provision provides fun and engaging activities for children and young people with a disability who are under 18 – and include opportunities to learn new skills, make friends and socialise. It plays a vital role in preparing children and young people for independence and adulthood.
We would like to collect views and opinions from parents and carers of a disabled child on what would help to improve the current Universal All In provision. The voluntary sector consortium created for this work are in a unique position to do this with their links to families who have children with disabilities and the Shropshire SEND community.
There has been a slight change to the dates for our Autumn Term Parents Evenings for reception and year 1.
Our Year 1 Parents Evenings (Miss Beauchamp) will now be taking place on Monday 21st October and Tuesday 22nd October.
Mrs Andrew will be holding Parent Meetings for the parents/carers of our new starters in Reception. These will be taking place on Tuesday 1st October, Thursday 3rd October, Tuesday 8th October and Thursday 10th October.
Each parent will be given a 10 minute appointment with Mrs Andrew. These meetings are very important as Mrs Andrew will discuss how your child has settled in and how we can work together to support them further. You will also have the opportunity to ask any other questions you may have.
The meetings will take place between 3.10-4.10pm and will be instead of the Parents Evenings taking place on 22nd/23rd October.
Year 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 Parents Evenings will still be taking place as planned on Tuesday 22nd October and Wednesday 23rd October.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. A letter with more information will be sent home with all children this week.
Reminder that there is no Choir Club today (23/09). Thank you.
