6 days ago Posted on 28th Nov 2025 by Carolyn Barker Year 2 November 27th We have had another busy week in Year 2. The children have made snowflake decorations for the Christmas tree festival in the church. They have decorated biscuits for the school Christmas fayre. We have also started work on our Nativity play, learning songs and rehearsing lines. It’s a hectic time of year. The Nativity will be performed on Tuesday 16th December in the school hall. We are coming to the end of our English unit on The Great Fire Of London and the children will be writing an information leaflet all about the fire and its impact on the city. In maths, we have been comparing numbers and using the greater than, less than and equal signs. See previous messages & posts
1 year ago Posted on 03rd Oct 2024 by Carolyn Barker Year 2 homework All year two children have now got a log in for Education Shed ( spellings and maths) and IDL. Their password details are in the back of their Homework books. They can access these both at school and at home. They might need some help to type in the log in details but with your help they’ll soon get used to it. Have fun using them. Many thanks for your support.
