The Friends Summer Social is still going ahead this afternoon, 3-5pm. However, the event is now going to be held in the school hall.
At the end of the day, children in Reception, Y1, Y2, Y3 & Y5 will be dismissed through the school office. Children in Y4 & Y6 will be dismissed through the Y6 door on Eyton Lane. Once children have been dismissed they must be supervised by their responsible adult for the duration of the Summer Social.
Please enter the Summer Social through the green gate, where a member of Friends will be to greet you. You will then need to walk across the playground to the school hall. The bar will be situated in the Year 1 classroom.
School Choir – Once your child has been dismissed at the end of day, please enter the Summer Social through the green gate like everyone else, but please send your child straight to the Year 2 classroom before you head to the hall. There they will meet Miss Clough, ready for the Choir performance at 3.30pm (this will take place in the School Hall). If you are not attending the Summer Social, but your child is performing with the Choir, please let school know and arrive to collect your child at 3.40pm.
