Red Nose Day 2023 – Friday 17th March

It is Red Nose Day on Friday 17th March.

On this day, we would like children to come to school either dressed in red or in Red Nose Day merchandise to raise money for Comic Relief.  Please make all donations online via our JustGiving page – http://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/rednoseday23-baschurch-ce-primary-school

As Year 4 children will be out on their school trip this day, they will need to wear the clothing specified on their trip letter.  If your child is on the trip, they must wear their school sweatshirt.

After School Clubs

There will be no Choir Club running on Thursday 16th March.

There will also be no after school clubs running w/c 27th March, due to parents evening and it being the last week of term.

Thank you.

Year 2 SATs Workshops – Tuesday 7th March

Both of the Year 2 SATs Workshops will be taking place on Tuesday 7th March.  The first meeting will be 3.30-4.15pm and the second meeting 5.00-5.45pm. Content of both meetings will be the same so you will only need to attend one. If you have any questions, please contact Miss Clough or the school office.

News from the SEN Team

FAO Parents/Carers of Children on the SEND Register

The Shropshire SEND local offer sets out the local support available for children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND), and how to access it. We aim to keep it clear, comprehensive, accessible and up-to-date. We provide information on our website, on social media and in our family information directory.

Directly involving our partners in its development and review is how we make sure it stays relevant. This is especially valuable if you are also a parent of a SEND child. Have you used the SEND local offer? What do you think? Are there any gaps in the information?

Your feedback only takes a few minutes but makes a big difference so thank you! https://www.shropshire.gov.uk/the-send-local-offer/about-the-send-local-offer/feedback/feedback/

Thank you
